Below is a tailored hourly pricing guide for RapidPro Administrative Assistant & Secretarial Services, aligned with each service category and reflecting our nonlegal, instruction-driven model. All rates assume private-individual clients and include standard administrative tasks, with mailing and materials billed separately.

General Administrative & Secretarial Support

$60 / Hr.

Includes document typing, data entry, correspondence handling, calendar and deadline management, and secure file organization under written instructions. 

Immigration Document Coordination

$65 / Hr.

Designed for assembling attorney-requested immigration packets: compiling checklists, organizing identity documents and evidence, indexing and formatting per your attorney’s guidelines, and liaising for clarification. 

Pro Se Filing Support

$65 / Hr.

Ex. EDD filings, insurance dispute packets, state board complaint submissions, and tenant dispute packets, including form completion, exhibit organization, indexing, and deadline tracking under your direction. 

Digital Conversion & Secure Archiving

$55 / Hr.

Includes scanning, OCR conversion, file naming, folder structuring, and encrypted storage of sensitive materials according to your specifications.

Billing Guidelines

1. Time rounds to the nearest 15 minutes.

2. One-hour minimum applies to new or one-time clients.

3. Invoices issued weekly or at project completion; payment due in 15 days.

Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Prepaid Retainer (10+ hours) – 5% discount on hourly rates

Monthly Retainer (20+ hours) – 10% discount plus priority scheduling

Flat-Fee Packages available for defined scopes (e.g. EDD Appeal Packet)
