RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC ("the Company") is not and does not employ attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of California or any other state or jurisdiction. The Company is registered as an Immigration Consultant with the California Secretary of State under Registration Number 480346Q and maintains a Surety Bond Number 480346Q in compliance with California Business and Professions Code § 22440 et seq. The principal immigration consultant for the Company is Oswaldo Mata.

The Company operates in full compliance with all state and federal laws governing immigration consultancy services and is subject to regulation by the California Secretary of State.

We do not and cannot provide legal advice or legal representation to any person. Our role is strictly limited to non-legal immigration consultant services, which include but are not limited to:

• Completing immigration forms and applications based on information provided by you
• Translating documents from one language to another
• Obtaining factual information and public documents
• Filing applications and documents with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other governmental agencies
• Responding to USCIS requests for additional information
• Explaining general factual information about immigration processes and procedures
• Assisting with document organization and preparation
• Providing referrals to qualified immigration attorneys when legal advice is needed

Services we do NOT provide:

• Legal advice or legal interpretation of immigration law
• Legal representation in court, before immigration judges, or in administrative proceedings
• Analysis of the legal implications of your immigration situation
• Advice regarding the visa category best suited to your circumstances
• Representation in removal proceedings or deportation hearings
• Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals or federal courts

At no time shall our interactions with you be construed as legal advice, legal counsel, or legal representation. We are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. You acknowledge and understand that:

• Immigration law is complex and fact-specific
• Incorrect completion of forms or failure to disclose relevant information may result in application denials, ineligibility determinations, or deportation proceedings
• Only a qualified immigration attorney can advise you on the legal aspects of your case, the risks involved, and your legal rights and obligations
• If you have any questions about the legal implications of your case, the immigration process, or your rights, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney

As immigration consultants, we are authorized to assist you with the completion and filing of immigration forms and applications. However, our authority is strictly limited to non-legal services. We cannot:

• Represent you in legal proceedings
• Provide opinions on the merits of your case
• Advise you on immigration law
• Guarantee or predict the outcome of your application
• Make decisions for you regarding your immigration matter

All decisions regarding your immigration case remain your sole responsibility.

As a client of RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC, you have the following responsibilities:

• Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding your immigration history, background, and current circumstances
• Reviewing all forms and documents we prepare on your behalf before they are submitted
• Informing us immediately of any changes in your circumstances, address, or contact information
• Maintaining copies of all documents submitted on your behalf
• Cooperating fully with USCIS or other government agencies
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notifying us immediately if you are contacted by any government agency regarding your case.

The Company's services are provided based solely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information provided by you, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC assumes no liability for:

• Any denied applications or adverse decisions issued by USCIS or any other governmental agency
• Any delays in the processing of applications by USCIS, USCIS field offices, or any other governmental agency
• Any changes in immigration law or USCIS policies that occur after your application is filed
• Any failure to obtain desired immigration benefits
• Any consequences resulting from your failure to follow instructions or provide required information
• Any consequences resulting from your failure to appear for scheduled appointments or interviews
• Any consequences resulting from your failure to comply with USCIS rules, regulations, or requests

Our liability is limited exclusively to the amount you paid for our services. Under no circumstances will RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost wages, loss of business opportunities, emotional distress, or any other damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your immigration case.

RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding the outcome of your case or the approval of your immigration application. Immigration applications and processes are determined solely by USCIS, the Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or other relevant government authorities based on the individual merits of each case, applicable law, and agency policy.

Any person or company that guarantees a specific outcome in an immigration matter is acting unlawfully and unethically. The outcome of any immigration case depends on many factors beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to:

• The facts and circumstances of your case
• Changes in immigration law or policy
• USCIS operational priorities
• The discretion of USCIS officials
• The availability of visa numbers
• Administrative processing times

All original documents provided to the Company remain your property. The Company will return all original documents to you upon completion of services or upon request. We recommend that you maintain copies of all documents in your personal records. If we are unable to return original documents due to your failure to provide a return address or collect them within a reasonable time, the Company assumes no responsibility for lost or destroyed documents.

• All fees for services are non-refundable once services have commenced
• Payment is required before submission of applications unless other arrangements have been made in writing
• The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received as agreed
• If your case is denied, the Company will not refund fees previously paid, as the work performed and services rendered cannot be reversed

Complaints must be filed within four years of the alleged violation under California Business and Professions Code § 22447.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your failure to obtain desired immigration benefits
• Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
• False statements or misrepresentations made by you
• Your failure to comply with USCIS rules, regulations, and requirements
• Your failure to provide necessary and accurate information
• Your failure to appear for appointments or USCIS interviews
• Any legal action taken against you or the Company based on your immigration case
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any consequences resulting from information or advice you received from other consultants, attorneys, or unauthorized immigration representatives

By using the services of RapidPro Immigration Solutions LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood all terms and conditions set forth in this Legal Disclosure and Limitations of Service
• You understand that we are immigration consultants, not attorneys, and do not provide legal advice or legal representation
• You have been advised to consult with a licensed immigration attorney if you have questions regarding the legal aspects of your case
• You understand that no outcome is guaranteed and that application approval is not assured
• You take full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information you provide
• You understand the risks associated with your immigration case
• You accept the terms and conditions of this disclosure and waive any claims based on lack of notice or understanding
• You understand the Surety Bond information: Bond Number 480346Q
• By requesting our services or submitting information to us, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by this disclosure

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our services and do not provide any documents or information to our company.
