ASYLUM APPLICATION SERVICES

**service limits**

Are you afraid to return to your home country because of persecution, violence, or serious threats? You may want to explore preparing an Asylum Application (Form I‑589).

We offer professional, non‑legal help with the paperwork so you can focus on telling your story in your own words. You remain self‑represented (pro se) and in full control of your case at all times.

WHO MIGHT SEEK ASYLUM?

Many people consider applying for asylum because they fear serious harm in their home country related to:

  • Political opinion
  • Religion or beliefs
  • Nationality
  • Race or ethnicity
  • Membership in a particular social group (for example, certain family or gender‑based groups as defined by law)

Only a licensed attorney or accredited representative can evaluate if you are legally eligible for asylum or advise you on whether you should apply. We do not make that determination, and we do not recommend any specific immigration option.

WHAT OUR FORM PREPARATION SERVICE INCLUDES

We provide non‑legal, document‑based assistance with your asylum application forms:

  • We give you questionnaires so you can provide your own information and personal story in your own words.
  • We type your answers onto the appropriate immigration forms (for example, Form I‑589) exactly as you provide them.
  • We help you organize the documents and evidence you choose to submit (copies only, originals stay with you).
  • We prepare a clean, organized packet for you to sign and submit on your own to USCIS or the immigration court, following the official instructions.

All information typed on your forms comes directly from you. You are responsible for reviewing everything, asking a licensed attorney if you have legal questions, and deciding whether to file.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO (IMPORTANT LIMITS)

To protect you and remain in full compliance, there are important limits to our services:

  • We do not provide legal advice or legal opinions.
  • We do not tell you whether you qualify for asylum or any other immigration benefit.
  • We do not choose which forms or remedies are best for you.
  • We do not tell you how to answer questions, what to include or exclude, or how to present your legal arguments.
  • We do not represent you before USCIS, the immigration court (EOIR), or any judge or officer.
  • We do not communicate with USCIS, ICE, EOIR, or any government agency on your behalf as your representative.

If you need legal strategy, eligibility screening, or representation, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative.

OUR STEP‑BY‑STEP FORM PREPARATION PROCESS

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

  • We talk about the type of form preparation support you are seeking, not about legal strategy or chances of approval.
  • If you appear to need legal advice or representation, we will encourage you to speak with an attorney before moving forward.

2. Questionnaire & Document Checklist

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

  •  You receive a detailed questionnaire to provide your background, timeline, and personal story in your own words.
  • We provide a general checklist to help you collect documents you decide to use (IDs, police reports, medical records, country conditions, etc.).

3. Data Entry & Form Completion

1. Initial Contact (Non‑Legal Consultation)

3. Data Entry & Form Completion

  • We transfer your answers from the questionnaire to the applicable forms (for example, Form I‑589, continuation sheets, and family member supplements).
  • Any person who helps prepare your Form I‑589 and is not an immediate family member must be listed as preparer and sign in the preparer section, as required by the form instructions.

4. Packet Organization

5. Client Review & Submission by You

3. Data Entry & Form Completion

  • We arrange your application in a clear, easy‑to‑follow order (forms, personal statement written by you, supporting evidence, index, tabs, etc.).
  • We do not edit or rewrite your personal statement for legal content; we only assist with typing/formatting if requested.

5. Client Review & Submission by You

5. Client Review & Submission by You

5. Client Review & Submission by You

  • You carefully review every page of your forms and supporting documents.
  • You sign all forms yourself and decide whether, when, and where to file, using the official USCIS or EOIR filing instructions.
  • You mail, file, E-File or submit your packet on your own, or with the help of an attorney if you choose to hire one.

STRONG COMPLIANCE & CONSUMER PROTECTION

We support ethical, transparent, and compliant immigration services:

  • We clearly and repeatedly state that we are not attorneys and not accredited representatives.
  • We do not use titles such as “abogado,” “notario,” “immigration lawyer,” or any term that suggests we offer legal representation.
  • We encourage clients to seek licensed legal counsel when they have questions about eligibility, strategy, risks, deadlines, or court proceedings.
  • We never guarantee an approval, legal outcome, or result of any immigration case.

Our role is strictly limited to non‑legal form preparation and document organization, in line with public USCIS guidance on limited help with forms (reading, translating, and writing down information you provide).

CLEAR DISCLAIMER

Any decisions about whether to apply for asylum, which forms to file, what to write in your application, what evidence to submit, or how to present your case should be made by you and/or a licensed attorney of your choice.

If you need legal advice about asylum eligibility, deadlines (such as the 1‑year filing rule), risks, or defenses in immigration court, please consult a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.
